Anyway, enough of my rambling. Let's talk about this outfit. I wanted something cute and sexy for my birthday celebration and this is what I ended up purchasing at F21. Yes, this whole outfit from head to toe is F21. I guess I should call it Forever 26 since I still shop there, lol! The top is actually a peplum top but the skirt is pretty thick so I was able to tuck it in without it looking too bulky. I adore the flare on the skirt- totally me. For color I added neon touches with the accessories.
