It's time for Valentine's Day outfit number DOS (2).
For this look I wanted something fun, flirty and sexy. I paired my red Asos frilly skirt with a classic black and white polka dot blouse. To add a mix of pattern- I added my favorite black and white striped bow tie. For the touch of sexy, I wore my over the knee boots.
